Michał Chudy - a statutory auditor, lawyer and economist with many years of experience in providing consultancy services and auditing financial statements. Michał has experience in providing audit and review services for financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish and International Accounting Standards, as well as consolidation packages prepared according to group accounting principles.

Michał's experience also includes providing advisory services, in particular conducting due diligence and services in the scope of verification and improvement of the internal control environment. Michael participated in the tasks involving identification of internal controls, developing the risk and control matrices, and preparation of proposals aimed at improving the environment of internal control. 

At the beginning of his career Michał was professionally associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers one of the largest international consulting and auditing companies.

Michał is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice with a specialization in accounting and the Faculty of Law at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Michał speaks English.

Przemysław Dybała, tax advisor, lawyer, has several years of experience in providing tax advisory services.

Przemek has extensive experience in the field of transfer pricing. He develops transfer pricing documentation and advice on the choice of method and method of price calculation in transactions between related entities.

In the past, he participated in numerous tax audits and due diligence reviews. He also advised clients in the course of their restructuring processes.

Przemek has gained professional experience in international tax consulting companies: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Roedl & Partner and Mazars Audyt.

Przemek is a law graduate at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and postgraduate studies in the field of Tax Strategy at the University of Economics in Katowice. Przemek speaks in English and German.
