We conduct audits of consolidation packages prepared in accordance with group accounting principles. The audits are performed in accordance with the instruction received from the auditor of the capital group.

We carry out audits and reviews of consolidation packages of companies belonging to international capital groups preparing financial statements according to US GAAP, IAS / IFRS and local accounting principles.

We carry out audits of the use of funds from public sources, in particular from European Union funds and the National Center for Research and Development.

We provide assurance services such as examination of plans for legal-form changes, mergers of the entities, reports of founders required by the Code of Commercial Companies and other regulations.

We audit reports on the use of funding received by research and development units, non-profit institutions and other social organizations. The audits are performed in accordance with the instruction received from financing entities.

------------------ Reviews of accounting books ------------------ 

We carry out reviews of accounting books consisting, in particular of checking the applied accounting principles and accounting of business transactions. Often, the purpose of reviewing accounting books is to identify irregularities and fraud in an enterprise. The review of the accounting books is not intended to confirm the figures by the statutory auditor.
